Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our civil construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A trade qualification in Carpentry or Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
* 8+ years' experience in construction, including 3+ years in a leading hand or supervisory role
* Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
* Sound IT skills and an eye for detail
* A proactive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for doing things right
