* About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Level One Business & Financial Advisers' in Wollongong, NSW. This is a part-time position that will provide valuable support to our busy office.
What you'll be doing
* Attending to all Practice bookkeeping
* Providing administrative support to the team, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
* Handling incoming calls and queries, and directing them to the appropriate team members
* Assisting with document preparation, filing, and other office-related tasks
* Maintaining and updating office records and databases
* Managing all ASIC company secretarial work as well as ATO correspondence
* Contributing to the smooth running of the office and supporting the overall team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within the tax accounting and financial services industry
* Experience with company secretarial work and ASIC documentation
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members in a professional and friendly manner
* Proficiency in using Xero,Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
