**Independent Retail Promotions Manager Role**
We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven professional to lead a team responsible for constructing, coordinating, and communicating promotional programs across retail banners.
The successful candidate will manage a team of two Promotions Coordinators, partner with Category Managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of promotional data and materials, and work cross-functionally with the wider merchandise, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
This dynamic role requires strong process or project management experience, ideally within FMCG or retail, as well as prior experience managing a team and developing others. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders and is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Lead and develop a team of two Promotions Coordinators responsible for delivering promotional programs across retail brands.
* Partner with Category Managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of promotional data and materials.
* Manage the planning and execution of Alternate Brand promotions, ensuring value delivery to members.
* Collaborate with State Operations and key internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of promotional activities to the retail network.
