This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the Komatsu Field Service Department.

Roster: 2 weeks on 1 week off
Role Located: Tom Price - Branch
Remuneration: $55 plus penalty rates
What we are looking for:
- Certified Diesel Tradesperson
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role within the industry is highly regarded.
- Holds a current driver's/or MR license.
- Qualified Plant Mechanic.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and technology-based reporting systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use digital communication tools effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Pride in workmanship.
- Must have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
