Due to growth, we are seeking the employment of a Electrical Fire Technician to join our expanding team. Duties and Responsibilities
Working autonomously and within a tight-knit team the Electrical Fire Technician is supported by administrative and trades persons to work within the Service team providing I&T and D&C duties on maintaining Fire Detection, VESDA, Pumps, Sprinkler/Deluge/Special Hazards systems, Hydrants, Hose reels and Portables across their facilities.
Role: Electrical Fire Technician
Salary :$115,000k p/annum plus super
Roster :Flex 4 (10 hour day) or Normal weekly roster (8 hour day)
Sites: Northwest Mine Sites and Commercial customers
Start date: Immediate Start
Duties include:
* I&T routine compliance testing to AS1851
* D&C / breakdown works,
* Close liaison with our client on site personal,
* Managing your own daily schedule,
* Scoping of materials for D&C and Breakdown tasks,
* Completing all on-site paperwork to access locations and perform tasks,
* Work with other ARA Trades to assist, perform 2 man testing etc.
* Completion of task within our Service Maintenance software CLARAFY.
Requirements:
* Electrician Licence
* Current drivers licence
* Completion of medical inclusive of drug & alcohol test
* Current LV Rescue certificate
* Preference to those that have worked on mine sites previously
* Extinguishing Agent Handling Licence (EAHL)
