We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Livestock Territory Sales Manager. This role requires you to work closely with clients, providing expert livestock sales support and insights. You will assess and prepare livestock for market to obtain maximum value for our clients.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a varied and challenging day-to-day experience. As a key member of the branch, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining professional relationships and growing a strong portfolio of new and existing clients
* Identifying and cultivating new livestock sales opportunities
* Developing and growing relationships with key industry partners, including exporters and processors
* Providing professional onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending appropriate products and services to strengthen their business
* Employing tactful negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers together
* Maximising promotional opportunities, including assisting at industry and community events
About You
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and the broader community. You should have a passion for livestock sales and an active interest in safe livestock handling. You must be driven by sales and success, and willing to roll up your sleeves to build new business. A high level of customer service and relationship-building skills are also essential.
