The Opportunity
We are representing one of Queensland’s most respected and award-winning residential builders. Known for their design-led approach and uncompromising quality, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the reins of a high-performing portfolio in Brisbane. This is a role for a specialist, someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of volume building but takes personal pride in every handover.
The Role
Managing a portfolio of 20–25 active slabs, you will be responsible for the end-to-end construction process. This isn’t just about moving numbers; it’s about managing a standard of finish that stands out in the Brisbane market.
* Volume at Scale: Efficiently oversee 20–25 builds simultaneously.
* Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure every home meets the company's "boutique" finish standards.
* KDRB Specialist: Oversee complex inner-city projects, managing tight site access, demolition coordination, and local council sensitivities.
* Trade Management: Lead and schedule an established, loyal base of subcontractors.
* Safety & Compliance: Maintain impeccable site standards and WH&S documentation.
About You
You are likely currently working for a volume builder but looking for a step up into a brand that carries more prestige and offers better support.
* Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Residential Site Manager (Volume experience is essential).
* Capacity: Comfortable managing 20+ builds without dropping the ball on quality or safety.
* Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of Knock Down Rebuild processes and the challenges of building in established Brisbane suburbs
* Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Brisbane sub-trade market and QLD building codes.
* Leadership: Strong personality with the ability to drive trades and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
