Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to patrons at our aquatic facilities
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility, adhering to health and safety guidelines
* Operate swimming pools, spas and other aquatic facilities in accordance with BVSC policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in community pools and aquatic centres, including customer service, lifeguarding and learn-to-swim programs
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate positively with colleagues and customers
* High level of physical fitness, stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
