A national multidisciplinary studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their Brisbane team, focusing on aged care projects. Well-considered outcomes for senior residents are a core focus of this role, which will suit an experience designer operating with confidence. You'll bring strong conceptual thinking, solid documentation skills, and an eagerness to collaborate and cross-learn with your team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead interiors across aged care and seniors living projects
• Contribute from concept through to documentation and delivery
• Develop spatial planning, finishes and joinery packages
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with architects and consultants
• Mentor junior designers
Skills & Experience
• Relevant qualifications in Interior Design / Interior Architecture
• Operating at a level equiv. to 8+ years' experience
• Experience in aged care, seniors living or large-scale residential
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Solid understanding of materials, detailing and NCC
• Clear communicator with strong design judgement
