With an Award Winning Display Home in Ginninderry, building will soon commence on a second display home in the new Elm Grove Estate Display Village in Bungendore. **The Role**

As our New Home Consultant, you will host visitors at our beautiful display homes in Ginninderry and/or Bungendore, that are styled to perfection.

With a stream of new leads, existing customers and ongoing referrals coming your way, you can focus on taking a consultative and solution based approach to guiding clients through their buying journey. You will add value through pro-active information and knowledge sharing, your keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a genuine, caring and supportive approach. Your positive energy, enthusiasm for building new homes and endearing personality will kickstart our clients life changing building journey with us.

Our business is growing and we have a pipeline of House & Land packages to offer the market making this critical role key to our team's success. You will have the ongoing support and mentorship of our Marketing, People and Culture Manager, and CEO, whom you will work closely with and report to.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Host visitors at our display home during weekend opening hours, and by appointment during weekdays as required.
- Qualify all new leads and enquiries.
- Establish and develop positive relationships with clients ensuring they are fully-serviced and enjoy their experience with us at all times.
- Guide clients through their buying journey starting with booking their first new home consultation, through to their new home selection appointment, concept plan design and inclusions selections, to signing their final MBA Building Contract.
- Schedule, confirm, prepare for and follow up on all client consultations and appointments.
- Pro-actively resolve problems, offer tailored solutions and make timely and informed decisions as and when required.
- Administer and update client relationship management database and sales flow tracking tools.
- Coordinate inclusions selections with clients and perform general administrative duties as related to contract administration and DA and BA approvals as required.
- Coordinate tasks according to goals, priorities and business plans and log in online business management systems.
- Actively contribute to sales, marketing, client service, business process improvement and ongoing professional and personal development initiatives and goals.
- Report on your performance towards achievement of KPI's, milestones and new home sales targets and goals.

Your proven sales track record, integrity, pro-active attitude, willingness to learn and work autonomously in an evolving role, will see you fit in really well with our committed team culture. Your ability to plan, organise and prioritise your time using online business management systems and Microsoft Outlook will ensure you successfully coordinate new client consultations and all appointments, along with critical administrative and strategic tasks. Your attention to detail, high level customer service and demonstrated sales experience in the real estate, building, design, trade or retail industries will enable you to pick up on the little things that make all the difference to our clients experience and the quality of their building journey.
