Wilson Security presents an exciting opportunity to join our local security workforce by applying for a position as a Mobile Patrol Security Officer in Perth WA.
We are seeking multiple experienced Security Officers to work in our Mobile Patrol Portfolio.
You must be available and flexible to work day and night shifts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Full Time Positions
Hourly rate + Night shift allowance
Potential earnings up to $85,000 (potential earnings subject to availability, hours worked, overtime, classification and other factors)
Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the whole of Western Australia.
This growth has created new roles within our Perth, WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer the opportunity to work in a response role with a reputable organisation within the Mobile Patrols Portfolio.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
2+ years experience within the Security Services industry
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster: 7-day week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Highly safety and security focused, able to think on the go
Strong Customer Service focus
Respond to incidents in a calm and confident manner
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Exceptional reporting skills
High level of personal presentation and conduct
Ability to work in a team
Ability to comply with all policies and procedures
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experienced guards with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Current and valid WA Security licence (essential)
Current and valid WA Driver's licence (essential)
Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
Ability to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
Excellent and proven computer and administration skills
Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
Commitment to work day and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
