Job Description:
Elders is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will provide clients with expert livestock sales support and insights, working both in-branch and traveling across the countryside.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients through professional relationships
* Identify and develop new livestock sales opportunities
* Build relationships with industry partners such as exporters and processors
* Provide onsite livestock advice, recommending products and services to enhance client businesses
* Negotiate tactfully to connect buyers and sellers
* Participate in industry and community events to promote Elders' services
Requirements:
* Be passionate about making a positive impact for clients and communities
* Have a strong interest in livestock sales and safe livestock handling
* Be driven by sales success
* Be proactive in building new business
* Provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with clients
