Responsibilities
* Load and unload aircraft baggage efficiently.
* Safely transfer luggage to and from aircraft.
* Handle baggage weighing up to 35 kg repetitively.
* Operate in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including sorting, loading, and unloading baggage and cargo accurately.
* Manage baggage flow for departing and arriving flights using sorting equipment and manual handling techniques.
Your profile
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, 24 hours a day.
* Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32 kg.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
* Basic to intermediate computer skills.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
* Australian Citizen/Resident with unlimited work rights.
* Possession of a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
