The Opportunity As a Senior R&D Consultant, you’ll work closely with Managers and Directors to deliver end-to-end R&D tax advisory and compliance services. You’ll engage directly with clients, gaining exposure to cutting-edge projects across multiple industries while developing deep expertise in innovation funding. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and deliver R&D tax engagements from planning through to lodgement Conduct technical interviews with engineers, scientists, and developers Identify eligible R&D activities under Australian legislation Analyse technical and financial data to support claims Prepare R&D project documentation and expenditure calculations Advise clients on R&D strategies, planning, and compliance requirements Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support Collaborate with internal teams across tax, technology, and advisory What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in R&D Tax or a related field Degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or Commerce/Accounting with an interest in innovation Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of R&D Tax Incentive legislation Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Why Join?
