Our Early Childhood Intervention program is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As a Key Worker, you will be working with a dedicated team to provide support and services that help children develop their skills and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate supports with the child and family that reflect strengths based and family centered approaches
- Deliver supports to children and families that lead to positive outcomes, utilising a transdisciplinary key worker approach
- Assess and communicate the child's development and ongoing progress
- Facilitate a team around the child that promotes participation in family, community and cultural activities
- Ensure that supports are clearly documented, coordinated, and communicated to families and internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Be either AHPRA registered, SPA registered, hold a current Teachers Registration with the relevant State Education Authority or Bachelors Degree qualification in Social Work and hold a full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Be passionate about providing a deeper level of support to children and families
- Be a great listener and have a positive approach to risk
- Have a drive to delivering high impact outcomes in children and families' lives
- Be flexible and able to work in a commercial environment
- Have a committed to developing yourself and the people around you
- Be able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children's Check
- Hold a valid drivers licence
