About the Role
This Workshop Logistics Administrator position plays a vital role in maximizing workshop efficiencies and ensuring seamless internal service operations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal service operations, providing exceptional support to customers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tool Management: Accept tools for drop-off from customers or freight, and ensure accurate allocation according to operational workflow.
2. Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on warranty claims via phone and email, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
3. SAP Administration: Book incoming tools into SAP - C4C, complete necessary documentation, and manage inventory accurately.
4. Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks such as unpacking, packing, and allocating ordered spare parts with relevant service claims.
5. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the After-Sales support team to obtain claim-related information, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements
* Technical Skills: Experience using SAP, C4C, or similar technology platforms (preferred but not essential).
* Time Management: Ability to respond to deadline pressures and demonstrate good time management skills.
