Full-Time Physiotherapist (3–6 Years Experience)
Inner West Sydney | $45–$55/hr + Performance Bonuses
Based in Mortlake, Inner West Sydney, Point Health & Performance is a small, focused team where genuine care, strong relationships, and quality outcomes come first. Our close-knit team includes one physiotherapist, a dedicated receptionist, and on-site allied health support from a chiropractor and counsellor, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our purpose is simple: to help people live more fulfilling lives through exceptional physiotherapy care, delivered with genuine human connection.
This is a place where your work has real impact on your clients, your team, and the future direction of the clinic.
We are looking for a physiotherapist with 3+ years' experience who:
· Cares deeply about doing the right thing for their clients
· Values autonomy and takes pride in clinical ownership
· Enjoys being rewarded for outcomes, not just hours worked
· Thrives in a small, supportive team with high standards and a shared purpose
We're not a volume driven clinic. Instead, we focus on quality care, meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where clinicians feel trusted, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

The framework provides clarity while allowing you to practice with integrity and autonomy.
