As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. We have roles available in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Lifestyle Supports.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.
Lifestyle Supports are one-on-one supporting individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.
We are currently looking to fill 1 permanent part time position and 2 casual positions.
Permanent Line Available:
Week 1
Thursday 16:30 to 09:00 (sleepover)
Friday 17:00 to 09:00 (sleepover)
Week 2
Monday 06:00 to 11:00
Thursday 07:00 to 11:00 & 13:00 to 19:00
Friday 06:00 to 14:00
Sunday 14:00 to 20:00
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
