About The Role
In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service‐related sector.
* Strong problem‐solving skills to meet customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service.
* Ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset.
* Current and valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to meet client requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
* Prepare clear, accurate and concise service records.
* Maintain servicing equipment and the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
* Become an expert on our products, staying up to date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
* Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
