Our warehouse team is responsible for picking and packing orders, ensuring high levels of customer service, cash handling, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Picking and packing orders in a timely manner.
2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Accurately handling cash transactions and operating EFTPOS machines.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
5. Assisting in maintaining accurate stock levels, reporting discrepancies, and contributing to inventory management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
* Basic mathematical skills, including ability to accurately handle cash transactions and manage inventory.
* Physical stamina to regularly lift up to 25kgs, ensuring safe movement around the warehouse.
