As a seasoned Credit Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing credit applications and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate new account applications, assessing creditworthiness and risk levels to protect the business from potential losses.
* Communicate effectively with customers and branches regarding application outcomes.
* Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
* Collaborate closely with the branch network to resolve account-related issues, including payments and invoicing.
* Establish and manage customer credit limits, taking into account individual risk profiles.
* Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
