About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Protection Clinician to join our team within the Children Protection Service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of children and families.
As a Child Protection Clinician, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable children. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, providing expert advice and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure the best interests of children are prioritised.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically:
* Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Appropriate degree (Master of Clinical, Forensic or Health Psychology) or equivalent qualification as recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia. Must hold general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

To succeed in this role, you must possess experience in child protection, risk assessment and case management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with diverse stakeholders in potentially sensitive situations.
