We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Writer. Join our Business Operations team and play a key role in shaping high-quality written content for strategic bids and proposals. Reporting to the Head of Submissions, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
**What You'll Do**
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
- Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, and ensure their integration into written and graphic content.
- Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management.
**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
- Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
