About You
Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (completed 5th year - Masters Degree)
Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
Interested in a role based out of Launceston with potential regional travel opportunities
Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The Role
Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals facing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
Conduct assessments to guide individuals towards new careers
Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to support injured employees returning to work
Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices
