About the Role
This position is responsible for managing payrolls in Africa and Asia. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Payroll Manager to ensure employee payments and employer statutory payments are made in accordance with local laws.
The role involves implementing payroll processes for new international countries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems
* Experience with high volume, multi-site payroll and T&A processes
* International payroll experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong report writing skills
* Management and staff management experience
* Award interpretation and project management experience
