We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Services Officer/Receptionist. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support customers by providing advice and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team.
Job Description
* Meeting and greeting patients and consultants
* Supporting the day‐to‐day delivery of appointments
* Responding to and actioning general administrative, scheduling and booking queries via phone, inbox and online booking system
* Utilizing custom software to support the delivery of services
* Providing general office management support
* Working with the Customer Relationship Manager to respond to specific customer requests
* Supporting additional service delivery tasks as required including invoicing, file preparation and other administrative tasks
* Engaging with customers, consultants and colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum five years' experience as a front‐office receptionist or customer‐service officer (or similar) in a medical, health or related industry (or with demonstrable transferable skills and experience)
* Advanced technology skills including Microsoft suite and capacity to use systems and processes to support scheduling coordination
* A natural orientation towards customer service with problem‐solving and critical‐thinking skills to deliver quality scheduling outcomes for all stakeholders
* Outstanding relationship‐building skills with exceptional emotional and social intelligence
* Focus on efficiency, productivity and attention to detail
* Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills
* A resilient personality with a positive and respectful approach to others
* An enthusiastic, friendly and helpful personal approach
* Capacity to independently prioritize while maintaining high flexibility
