Business Administration Position
We are a small team with a big reach. We service sites across Australia and Recent Zealand, and coordinate the national crew from our office on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities
* Assigning and scheduling of tradesperson appointments.
* Coordinating with customers and clients.
* Service call bookings.
* Preparing staff travel arrangements.
* Project quoting.
* AR & Invoicing.
* AP & Payments.
* Wages and payroll.
* Resource management.
* Compiling presentations.
Qualifications
* Relevant education with experience would be a benefit for this position, but the right person would be able to learn extra skills on the job, while being trained.
* Personally motivated.

* Good with time management.

* Focused, disciplined and communicative.
* Quick to learn systems and procedures.
