We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to lead our projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, financial management, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Lead overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects, utilising project management methodologies and tools.
* Critical Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, fostering open communication and effective collaboration.
* Budget Oversight: Manage project finances, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
* Safety Protocol Enforcement: Ensure strict safety standards and protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborative Design Solution Delivery: Collaborate with design teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and cost limitations.
* Effective Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies.
* Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
