Overview

This is a remote role & applicants will need to be based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be contracted with Crafty Simon Inc., our Philippine-based entity.

Responsibilities

* Perform lead generation, cold calls, email marketing
* Attend and close sales via phone, email or chat
* Provide onboarding support to new customers before handover to Customer Service team
* Book shipments
* Proactively track shipments and resolve issues with shipments
* Day-end client reporting
* Represent the company's services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
* Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
* Organise daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
* Develop and implement action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
* Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
* Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
* Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
* Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
* Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

* 5 or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
* Strong written and verbal English
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
* Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
* Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Adaptable to changes / flexible
* Willing to learn new tasks
* Multitasking
* Responsive to feedback

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
* Research tasks
