THE POSITION Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across functions and in house menu-based catering Oversee a large and varied operation boarding hall (6 meals per day, 7 days a week) Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS Lead, develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage THE PERSON Minimum Cert.
