Technician - Install, Service and Support

We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Technician – Installation, Servicing & Support to join our close-knit team. This role goes beyond standard trade work—it offers the chance to travel internationally, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and be part of a business that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

- International Travel – Work across borders, with opportunities to travel overseas for installation projects (2–4 weeks at a time, occasionally throughout the year).

- Competitive Package – Earn $40–$43 per hour ($79,040 – $84,968) plus travel per diems and expenses, 12% superannuation, and enrolment in our company incentive program.

About the Role

As a Modra Technology Technician, you will:

- Install, commission, and service advanced industrial machinery.

- Provide training and technical support to customers globally.

- Contribute to production, R&D;, and system improvements.

- Maintain accurate documentation, manuals, and reports.

- Uphold Modra’s strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.

About You

You’ll bring:

- A relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Electrotechnology, Electronics, or similar).

- Proven experience with installation, commissioning, or servicing of industrial machinery.

- Competence in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting.

- Strong communication skills and customer focus.

- Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally when required.

1. Demonstrated experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of machinery.

2. Technical competency in mechanical assembly, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.

5. Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work under varying conditions.

6. Ability and willingness to travel internationally for periods of 2–4 weeks at a time, on an occasional basis throughout the year.
