Pacific Motor Group (PMG) is one of the Sunshine Coast's leading automotive groups, representing multiple major brands across new, used, service and fleet. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore team.
This is an opportunity for a proven fleet professional who understands relationship-based selling, corporate and government fleet requirements, and end-to-end account management.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager / Sales Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing and growing fleet sales across corporate, SME and government customers, delivering profitable outcomes while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of fleet customers
* Proactively develop new fleet and corporate business opportunities
* Prepare and present competitive fleet proposals and tenders
* Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery
* Coordinate vehicle ordering, specifications, delivery timelines and aftersales handover
* Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure accurate CRM management, reporting and compliance
* Achieve monthly and annual volume, margin and CSI targets
About you
* Proven experience in fleet or corporate automotive sales (essential)
* Strong understanding of fleet pricing, tendering and margin management
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional presentation style
* Results-driven with a commercial mindset
