The Role
Harrisdale SHS is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics teacher to join our high-performing team. The successful applicant will ideally have experience teaching Years 7 to 10 Mathematics, with a strong understanding of pedagogy and the ability to deliver engaging, conceptually rich lessons. Experience in Senior School Mathematics is desirable, particularly in ATAR Applications, Methods, and Specialist courses.
Responsibilities include delivering curriculum that promotes reasoning and deep understanding, inspiring students through inclusive, student-centred learning, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to pastoral care and co-curricular programs that enrich student life and school culture.

Eligibility and Requirements
To work with us, you must:
- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
- be an Australian or Recent Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start;
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
