As a Home and Community Care provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, household chores, and transportation to appointments and social activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes

Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in home and community care or a related field
* Certification in Aged Care, Disability Support, or a similar discipline

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
