We are currently seeking to appoint a new Area Manager for Melbourne region to play pivotal role in leading sales operations and achieving brand objective withing their region, with keen focus on coaching franchisees on a customer first mentality.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will be:
Oversee daily operations, manage budgets and set performance objectives
Ensure health and food safety procedures are followed
Plan, evaluate and optimise operations to be efficient and cost effective
Act as a primary point of contact for Franchisees, Store Managers and our clients
What are we looking for:
Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or operational role
Experience in multi-site management role
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Outstanding problem solving and excellent time management skill
Ability and willingness to travel interstate
Competency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
