A leading financial services brand in their sector, this organisation has seen exceptional growth in the recent market and are looking to expand their team with an experienced Risk professional, to support their framework uplift.
The Role
The Line 1 Risk Manager will be solely responsible for managing and maintaining the risk framework uplift across the organisations People & Culture (P&C) function.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
· Implementing new processes and guidelines to improve the operational risk framework.
· Coordinating with Line 2 to ensure a robust risk framework is in place.
· Own and manage the compliance framework, and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
· Manage all incidents and breaches and implement necessary controls to mitigate future issues.
· Provide compliance and risk reporting to senior leadership, working as an SME within the business.
· Completing risk profiling and ensuring adequate treatment plans are implemented.
· Coaching the wider business on risk management and compliance culture.
· Ad hoc duties as required.

Your Profile
Suitable candidates will bring:
· Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Finance, Risk, Compliance or related.
· Prior risk or compliance experience working across a People & Culture, HR or related business function (this can be in-house or from consulting).
· Excellent interpersonal style, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop deep stakeholder relationships.
