About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various areas, including financial duties, customer communication, production support, and office maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
* Provide assistance with rotational schedules, supporting different administrative areas.
2. Financial Management
* Conduct stocktakes and financial reporting.
* Manage accounts receivable.
3. Customer Communication
* Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
* Coordinate with transport companies and drivers.
4. Production Support
* Assist in production-related tasks.
* Manage documentation for goods handling.
5. Reporting and Compliance
* Update and monitor key reports such as grain sheets, raw material deliveries, and DIFOTs.
6. Quality Assurance
* Ensure adherence to Feedsafe Quality Assurance, Workplace Health and Safety, and Good Management Practice standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in an administration officer role or similar.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
* Adaptability to diverse tasks and rotational schedules.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities.
