We are actively seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team in a highly regarded national firm. Providing administrative support two Partners, you will become a valuable member of the Brisbane team.
The role:
* Extensive diary management for the team
* Billing function support
* Managing client and stakeholder relationships
* Taking instructions from clients on behalf of the team
* Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
* Preparing legal correspondence
* Organising social events and firm functions
* File management including opening and closing
About you:
* 3 years' experience as a legal or personal assistant
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage competing tasks
* Strong initiative
* Good attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
