ABOUT THE CENTRE

Ngala Early Learning Joondalup is a well-established Centre located near Joondalup Hospital and Edith Cowan University. The Centre offers a beautiful and welcoming environment where children thrive in spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, with an embedded arts curriculum and a range of stimulating learning opportunities.

Our Perth Airport operating hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.15pm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Educator, you will work as a member of the team to effectively deliver care to children aged 0-6 years as per Ngala’s Early Childhood Curriculum, in partnership with families and the community.

Just as important, you’ll become part of a close-knit team who support each other, learn from each other and love coming to work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are passionate about children's learning and development. You will have:

•Cert III / Diploma in Children Services / Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)

•Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old

•Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)

•Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning to achieve the best outcomes for children

•High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

•Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months

•Current WA Working with Children's Check

As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement.

While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
