In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the security landscape of our IAM solutions. Collaborating closely with technology leads and engineers, your responsibilities will encompass designing, testing, and refining security configurations. As part of the Global Technology Workforce IAM Team, you'll contribute to streamlining workflows thereby enabling the Identity Engineering team to meet project deadlines and conduct essential business operations. Your impact will extend beyond security as you innovate and optimize existing systems, driving operational excellence.
Accountabilities
* Develop high-quality, well-documented engineering configurations and solutions adhering to security standards.
* Ensure product and infrastructure security throughout the system lifecycle, implementing updates and security features.
* Collaborate with tech leads to define system requirements and deploy effective solutions.
* Support team members in understanding end-to-end systems to deliver impactful solutions.
* Write scripts and automation code for operational excellence and security.
* Research and develop solutions to internal issues without negatively impacting business.
* Identify opportunities for input and coach others on emerging technologies.
* Analyze complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Requirements
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure: Hyper-V and Windows Server Operating systems.
* Experience with Observability tools like System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Azure Monitoring.
* Proficient in Configuration tools like System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Azure Arc.
* Knowledge of Identity management with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Expertise in Automation using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools.
* Familiarity with databases, particularly SQL Server.
* Experience in triaging and troubleshooting identity and infrastructure issues.
* Skill in developing automation for Hyper‐V and Windows Server infrastructures.
