Are you a natural organiser who thrives on managing the moving parts behind the scenes? At Kinetic, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator Charter Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional charter and event transport solutions across the region.
In this admin-heavy coordination role, you'll be the central link between clients, drivers, operations, and support teams – ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. While there is a touch of sales involved, the main focus is on admin, communication, and service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teams
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver smooth, timely transport
* Supporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiatives
* Ensuring all documentation and details are accurate and up to date
* Attending industry events and meetings to maintain relationships
What You'll Bring
* Experience in admin, coordination, or customer service
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
