Deliver a client-focused human resource service that encompasses recruitment and engagement for various business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders, representing the Recruitment Services positively and professionally.
 * Support hiring managers with shortlisting, interview questions, and participating in the interview panel.
 * Maintain compliance with pre-employment requirements and guidelines.
 * Facilitate new employee onboarding through effective training and support initiatives.
 * Work independently and deliver tailored recruitment solutions efficiently.
 * Coach and train hiring managers in best recruitment practices and strategies.
 * Offer guidance and assistance on Human Resource and Industrial Relations matters.
 * Collaborate with the Manager Recruitment to design and implement recruitment-related projects and programs.
 * Utilize experience in e-Recruitment systems to streamline recruitment activities.
 * Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
