Maritime education plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of responsible leaders. The Maritime Education Unit at the Marine Education Boatshed provides comprehensive school-based education programs to up to 40 schools weekly and over 12,500 students annually.
This leadership position requires a dynamic individual to drive safe and high-quality program delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marine safety programs at the MEB.
* Develop and implement marine safety programs that align with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the operation of a high-demand facility, ensuring a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with legislative and training requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
