Strategic Branch Leader
Your role as Branch Manager will be responsible for building and executing a market share growth plan in the local area.
This is an all-encompassing leadership, commercial, and operational position with various responsibilities and accountabilities.
You'll make your mark by:
* Developing and coaching competencies in your team.
* Prioritising business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans.
* Working closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Gympie. You'll drive the branch's growth through leadership, team development, and business expansion.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Effective people leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business growth.
* Experience in residential and commercial lending.
* Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
* A deep understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk frameworks.
