The Role
As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate costings, managing tender and contract variations, and ensuring the financial integrity of projects. You’ll liaise with consultants, suppliers, and trades while working closely with our Adelaide project and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender costings, specifications, and contract pricing for social and SDA projects.
* Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and identify value-driven solutions.
* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and issue purchase orders.
* Support tender submissions with supplier pricing, scope of works, and value management.
* Maintain competitive supplier pricing in collaboration with procurement.
* Work with project teams to resolve design or documentation issues.
* Contribute to WH&S compliance and a safe workplace culture.
About You
* 5+ years’ estimating experience in custom homes, townhouses, or multi-residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and costings.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Databuild/Framework (or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.
* Minimum Cert IV in Building/Construction Management or trade qualification.
