About the Role
This is a newly created role, reflecting Moco's continued investment in digital capability and customer experience. The eCommerce & Digital Engagement Manager is the end-to-end owner of Moco's digital commerce experience, responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously improving the customer journey across all eCommerce touchpoints.
Reporting to the Capability Development Manager, the role acts as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and vendors. With genuine ownership of the platform, this position leads eCommerce roadmap planning, sprint delivery, and release management, ensuring Moco's digital commerce capability continues to evolve in line with customer demand and long-term business strategy.
About You
You're customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and comfortable owning outcomes. You enjoy working in fast-moving environments where you can balance strategy with hands-on delivery, making clear decisions that improve both experience and performance.
You're confident partnering with technical teams and vendors, translating customer needs into practical digital solutions, and using data, insight, and feedback to drive continuous improvement across the eCommerce journey.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
* Experience owning or managing an eCommerce platform or digital product.
* Strong customer-first mindset with commercial awareness.
* Proven ability to translate customer needs into achievable digital outcomes.
* Experience working with vendors, developers, or technical partners.
* Agile, sprint-based delivery and backlog prioritisation experience.
* Exposure to digital marketing and online customer engagement.
* Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and prioritisation skills.
* Understanding of customer journey mapping, testing, and release management.
* Comfort operating in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
