The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality and compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in food service management. Key Responsibilities: " Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the eatery, including opening and closing procedures. " Leading the team in providing exceptional customer service, handling complaints, and resolving any operational issues efficiently. " Recruiting, training, rostering, and supervising staff to ensure productivity, adherence to company policies, and compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. " Monitoring food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. " Maintaining stock levels both on display and for production of menu items, overseeing ordering, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the consistent availability of fresh ingredients and takeaway packaging. " Managing the store's budget, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability. " Ensuring compliance with all workplace regulations, including the safe handling of food. " Assisting in executing marketing strategies, local promotions, and community engagement initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales. Required Skills & Experience: " A level of skill commensurate with an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or, at least three years' relevant experience in lieu of qualifications. " Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills. " Proficiency in inventory management " Strong merchandising abilities with an eye for visual presentation. " Excellent communication and organisational skills. " Understanding of retail compliance, health, and food safety regulations. Salary: $73,150 - $80,000 Superannuation
