THE ROLE
Due to expanding business opportunities, our client has a full-time position available for an experienced Building Surveyor in their Tweed Heads office.
They provide a friendly work environment with highly experienced staff, where communication and discussion between building surveyors is part of the culture.
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following: Previous experience working as a qualified building surveyor in NSW;Current holder or ability to obtain BPB building inspector/surveyor licence;Current car licence and ability to carry out building inspections across Northern NSW;Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously as required.The following attributes would be considered an advantage: Experience assessing and issuing building approvals in NSW local government areas for Class 1 and 10 (Class 2-9 experience beneficial but not necessary);Experience with approval and inspection of Class 1 and 10 buildings;Interest in furthering your qualifications and industry experience.A vehicle will be provided. An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
