Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
* Lodge and manage SEEK adverts through Live Hire, utilizing your technical skills to maximize exposure.
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, providing a seamless transition for new hires.
* Organize and manage psychometric profiling when required, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
* Review and benchmark salary offers, collaborating with Brand Managers and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Manage onboarding HRIS life cycle through Flare to payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Review the ANZ Retail HC plan and manage Retail Organizational Chart by brand, driving business growth through effective talent management.
* Ensure timely distribution of employment-related correspondence via Flare, adhering to strict deadlines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or a related industry.
* Proven track record of successful talent acquisition, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Creative problem-solving skills, with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
* Ability to interact with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
