* Oversee overnight security and maintain a calm, secure environment
* Handle guest inquiries and manage accounts with discretion and efficiency
* Fulfill bespoke overnight requests, including in-room dining and amenities, with elegance and timeliness
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* Previous experience in a similar night auditing role, with expertise in Opera Cloud
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A luxury-focused approach with impeccable service standards
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in using hotel management software
* Availability to work from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with shifts ranging Monday - Sunday
